I'm going to aim to keep it brief and get right to the point. Do you tip.. are you a good tipper? Do you go by the grid or do you just round it out and leave the same amount for every meal be it breakfast for one, lunch for two or party of four for dinner...is it the same $5.00 you give to server?



There's a Payment Gratuity ACT that was implemented in 1972. Thus can be tricky because some think if gratuity is already added then there's no need for a tip. I say if you had a great sever and it was grandiose TIP them too!!


Let's be real if you go to an establishment service was provided then that's customer service rendered and the resolution is to pay. To show that you are thankful. If you voluntarily leave what you want ... this it is a tip but if it's mandatory then it's called gratuity.


So do know people that have tip debate? Get emotional once they are given the tab that screams gratuity? Had they previously discuss with significant other that's it is a possibility that we are gonna have to pay for service soooo how do we handle this? Like what's the plan because we want to avoid embarrassment at all cost to all parties involved at this shindig. Who pays and who tips? So when you have a person that has ordered from appetizer and a drink and full entree and decide to choke up $5 what does your head tell you to do and what is face looking like? Next time it happens call me please...I just want to see for myself how diplomatic you really are or the Christian in you cause you know in your mind it's the chatter that will say NEVER AGAIN ,,,OK LORD I'M BEING BLESSING.


Another scenario..... have you ever experience a cheap date and just for spike you ordered that lobster anyway to only realize it's wash dishes or they're calling 50 so you just do the right thing and pay the most of the bill and tip because he wants to split the bill but told him with conviction to ditch your number? Have you ever had to wait for the hostess and the bread and the water and still wait so more while everyone else is boasting about how great the food is & you decide to ask for more bread & butter because they just told you just another 15 minutes but you really wanted leave but you reservations in your name they your credit card number...it is a pickle to dodge right now?


I believe there are great servers out there and great establishments..they have earned the pay...Tip them please be gracious or stay home
